Dr. David Roe
David Thomas Roe was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. Dr. Roe completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Louisville in cellular physiology, beginning his fascination in human biology and physiology. During undergraduate, Dr. Roe shadowed a local oral surgeon, fostering his interest in the field. Dr. Roe is a is a board-certified oral surgeon serving the communities northern Virginia communities.
Dr. Roe subsequently attended the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry in Lexington, Kentucky, where he graduated in the top five in his class in 2017. After dental school, Dr. Roe completed a residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center in New York City, with a heavy emphasis in dental implant and corrective jaw surgeries. Dr. Roe provides several anesthesia options for his patients, to make them as comfortable as possible during a stressful experience, with patient safety being of the utmost concern.
Dr. Roe is an active member in several dental associations including the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Virginia Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, the Virginia Dental Society, and the American Dental Association.
Since residency, Dr. Roe has moved to Richmond, Virginia with his fiance and their golden retriever, Teddy, where they enjoy the wonderful hiking, rivers, restaurants, and breweries that the area has to offer.
